Magnified Giving and Bishop Brossart Support Stepping Stones

Bishop Brossart High School presents $1500 to Stepping StonesStudents from Bishop Brossart High School in Alexandria, Ky presented Stepping Stones with a $1,500 grant through the Magnified Giving program at an award ceremony on May 6. 

Magnified Giving is a high school philanthropy program where students research nonprofit organizations and vote on which organizations to support with a $1,000 grant. Several schools hold fund raisers to raise additional grant money to present. 

The Bishop Brossart students championing Stepping Stones were Jacob Zai of Cold Spring, Jackson Crawford of Cold Spring and Logan Schultz of California, Ky. The grant will help support summer camp and adult programming for individuals with disabilities. 

The presentation ceremony was at Covington Latin School in Covington, Ky. Students from 13 schools presented grants ranging from $500 to $1,500 to 18 nonprofit agencies.
