Stepping Stones offers group volunteer opportunities throughout the year in Greater Cincinnati!
Groups come to Stepping Stones from all corners of the community, engaging and connecting with participants in our various recreation programs.
From church and corporate partners to college students pursuing a related field or high school students looking to earn service hours, volunteers come to Stepping Stones from diverse backgrounds but with one goal in mind: to make a difference.
Group Volunteer Opportunities
Stepping Stones has group volunteer opportunities available for vaccinated individuals age 13 or above at four locations. Groups of volunteers connect with participants in program activities as well as lend helping hands to support our maintenance team!

Areas Group Volunteers Help Stepping Stones
Adult Day ServicesStepping Stones’ Adult Day Services program runs weekdays throughout the year and engages participants in a variety of skill-building activities. Volunteers join our participants in program or plan an event at our Allyn (Batavia), Drex (Norwood) and Parkcrest (Western Hills) program locations.
Summer Day Camp
Stepping Stones’ nine-week Summer Day Camp program operates every summer at our Given Campus in Indian Hill. Plan a group volunteer day to serve as camp buddies and engage campers in art, music and nature activities as well as summer favorites like swimming, boating and fishing.
Saturday Clubs
Throughout the school-year, our Saturday Kids and Saturday Young Adults Clubs provide a social and recreational experience for participants. Engage participants in a seasonal and holiday activities while being part of an inclusive environment.
Weekend Respites
Throughout the school-year, teens and adults enjoy Overnight Weekend Respites at our scenic 47-acre Allyn Campus in Batavia. Volunteers are welcome to join participants in a variety of fun, skill-building activities or plan a program event.
Maintenance Projects
With four program locations, our maintenance team always appreciates helping hands! Volunteer groups are needed to help with painting projects, landscaping and more.
