How to Pay
Stepping Stones is an nonprofit United Way partner impact organization that has been dedicated to improving the lives of children, teens and adults with disabilities since 1963.
We offer a variety of recreation program opportunities at four Greater Cincinnati locations, including our signature summer camp programs as well as weekend opportunities through the school-year.
At Stepping Stones, individuals with disabilities develop independence in a highly inclusive and encouraging atmosphere!
How to Pay for Services
Stepping Stones accepts a wide variety of funding sources for programs, including:
- PRIVATE PAY: In 2017, Stepping Stones implemented a pre-payment policy for programs. To learn more about this policy, click here.
- THIRD-PARTY FUNDING: Stepping Stones accepts payment through several third-party sources, including county vouchers, Family Support Services, grants, Independent Budget, local school districts and scholarships. For questions regarding funding by a third-party, contact (513) 965-5105.
- WAIVER FUNDING: Stepping Stones is proudly an approved provider by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and accepts Level One, Independent Options, Self Empowered Life Funding and Transition waivers. We are also an approved provider for overnight respite via the Ohio Home Care Waiver. All waivers require approval prior to attending program.
