Our StaffStepping Stones is a nonprofit United Way partner agency with more than 105 year-round employees and 200 seasonal staff in the summer. All of our staff are extensively screened before hiring and receive many hours of training. Most of Stepping Stones’ employees are college graduates or college students and have many additional certifications. Our staff is highly trained and experienced in working with people with disabilities.
