It was a gray and wet morning at the riverfront, but nothing could rain on Caroline’s parade as she launched her new business, Rise Adaptive Cyclery. Caroline is a participant of Stepping Stones and celebrated the grand opening with family, friends, fellow participants of Stepping Stones and news crews from Channel 5 and Channel 19 News.

Thanks to Caroline, adaptive side-by-side tandem and recumbent bikes are now available for rent through Wheel Fun Rentals at Sawyer Point.

“I started Rise Adaptive Cyclery to offer individuals with limited mobility or visual impairments the opportunity to experience the freedom I feel while cycling,” said Caroline.
