Hiring Summer Camp Counselors!

Are you looking for a summer job that is fun and unique? Do you like to be outside and enjoy nature? Do you enjoy learning new things and changing lives? Apply to work at Stepping Stones’ summer camps!

Stepping Stones hires over 140 seasonal staff members to work at day camps in Indian Hill and Batavia and at a residential camp in Batavia. Camps serve individuals with disabilities ages 5-older adulthood. 

Counselors must be 18 years old to apply. Counselors receive over 80 hours of direct training before camp begins, so staff are well prepared and experience is not required.  As a counselor you can expect to learn new things each day, meet some incredible people, and change lives–both those of the participants and probably your own.
