Try a NEW Summer Adventure with Specialty Day Camps!

Date posted: March 2, 2016

NEW this summer–Specialty Day Camps will allow participants to explore new interests, learn new skills, and develop hobbies and enthusiasm. Our wide array of offerings have something for everyone–ages 5-22.

Explore the outdoors at Adventure Camp! Go zip lining at Camp Joy, sleep in tents for one night, learn to build campfires, develop archery skills, and find fossils at our creek.

Vocation Camp allows teenagers to explore their interests. Help out in the kitchen, learn from guest speakers, spend a day with our maintenance crew.  Participants will gain valuable experience while discovering what they want their future to look like.

Sports and Performing Arts Camp are for those participants who love to be on a team or in the spotlight! Sports camp will foster team spirit and focus on fitness. Performing Arts Camp will ensure that everyone shares center stage and will end in a talent show for our families and friends.

Social Skills Week focuses on friendship and professionalism. Teenagers will explore role play activities, follow peer mentors, and be challenged in problem-solving, communication and teamwork. The week will end with a Thursday night dance to practice these skills and promote independence!

Trips and Travel camp allows our participants to get out of camp! A thrilling zip lining trip will end a week full of adventures to restaurants, entertainment venues, and tourist attractions in Cincinnati. Participants will travel in agency vans.

We will explore all of camp during our Sensory Integration Week. The sensory trail, construction room, and sensory stations will all be utilized in order to fulfill our camper’s specific sensory needs. Smaller staff to participant ratios are available during this week.
