The United Way and 35 professionals volunteer at summer day camp as part of 'Construction Come Together Day' - Stepping Stones Ohio
Greater Cincinnati construction companies put their workers where their heart is, sending 35 volunteers to Stepping Stones’ summer day camp for children and teens with disabilities.

On June 17th, the third annual Construction Come Together Day was at Stepping Stones’ Given Campus and was a great effort to connect local businesses with the agencies and individuals they support through the United Way.

“Most of the volunteer things we do involve money,” said Whitney Eckert of Jostin Construction, who coordinated the day of volunteering. “We wanted to create an opportunity to have more personal involvement. This takes us out of our comfort zones and increases awareness.”

A big thank you to the volunteers from Danis, HGC, Jostin, Messer, Pioneer and Turner construction companies for coming together to support Stepping Stones and our campers.
