Jumping in to Summer!

Summer Camp 2016 has officially started! The first week of camp has been a blast! The beautiful weather is absolutely perfect for camp, and we have spent lots of time outdoors enjoying the sunshine. We have loved meeting lots of new friends as well as seeing wonderful familiar faces!

Our kids groups have been very active and energetic in celebrating the beginning of summer through a variety of different fun activities! We have explored our senses by creating Sand Slime, stayed active by playing Balloon Beach Volleyball, strengthened our creativity with paint filled squirt guns, and learned new things by searching for fossils at the creek. Splashing around in the pool, of course, has been an overall favorite as well!



Favorite activities among our teens have been cooking S’Mores Krispie Treats, learning about and creating passports, making maracas, and racing in water relays! Fishing and boating have also been favorites, with many fish caught and released! They have been celebrating summer well, and are ready for our action packed adventure activities next week.

We are very excited to spend the rest of our summer with you and look forward to all the fun to come!
