Open Your Heart to Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones and event chairs, Ashley & Jeff Bieber, and co-chairs, Dawn & Allen Paxson hosted the 18th Annual Open Your Heart dinner on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Stone Creek Dining Company. The heartfelt event featured a cocktail hour, a delicious meal, raffle, silent auction, jewelry raffle and artwork created by Stepping Stones’ participants.

The event raised a net total of more than $113,000 to benefit Stepping Stones’ year-round programming for children, teens and adults with disabilities, making it our most successful Open Your Heart to date. Open Your Heart is a celebration of Stepping Stones’ mission to build pathways to independence and promote inclusion for people with developmental and physical disabilities.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Convalescent Hospital Fund for Children. Their mission is to support programs at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital that ensure access, the highest quality of clinical care, and the tools and skills for the pursuit of productive, independent lifestyles for children impacted by chronic illness, brain injury, developmental challenges and mental health conditions.
