16th Annual Open Your Heart Event Nets Over $86,000

Stepping Stones hosted its 16th annual Open Your Heart fundraiser on February 6, 2024, in a, hybrid format. Stepping Stones netted more than $86,000 to benefit year-round programming for children, teens and adults with disabilities.
Supporters gathered in person at Eddie Merlot’s for a cocktail hour and a delicious dinner with a premier raffle, artwork created by Stepping Stones program participants and a live speed painting by Mark Thesken . Other supporters enjoyed their meals from Eddie Merlot’s in the comfort of their own homes. At-home supporters were able to purchase fitness kits for participants and donate to support Stepping Stones’ programs.
“We are so appreciative of everyone that supported Stepping Stones at Open Your Heart,” said Stephanie & Leo Dalle Molle, event chairs. “Open Your Heart continues to be a fantastic event bringing a diverse group of people together in support of a thriving organization. We are thrilled with the financial success and heart felt emotional giving that everyone contributes to Stepping Stones.”
The event’s presenting sponsor was Convalescent Hospital Fund for Children. Cherub sponsors were Amy & George Joseph and Saundra & Mark Seger.
